Connecting your CARTA 3 to the V Browser app unlocks additional customization, device information, firmware updates, rewards, session tracking, and other connected features beyond what is available directly on the device.

Before You Begin

Before opening the V Browser:

• Turn on your CARTA 3.
• Enable Bluetooth on your iPhone.
• Enable Location Services in your iPhone settings.
• Make sure your phone has an active internet connection.

Instructions

   Download the V Browser

   Download the V Browser from the Apple App Store. Once the download is complete, open the app.

   Open the Focus V App

   When the V Browser first opens, you may see a Google search page or a standard browser screen. This is normal. Tap the address bar at the top of the screen and enter: focusv.app You will then be directed to the Focus V sign-in screen. The existing Focus V setup guide likewise directs iPhone users to enter the Focus V app address through the V Browser’s address bar.

   Sign In or Create an Account

   Sign in using your existing Focus V account. If you do not already have an account, follow the prompts to create one before continuing.

   Select Your CARTA 3

   Once signed in, the app will begin searching for nearby Focus V devices. When prompted to choose your device: Select CARTA 3. Allow the app and device a few moments to connect. Confirm any Bluetooth pairing request that appears. Successful pairing should be confirmed through both the app and the device.

   Update the Firmware

   If a firmware update is available, the app will prompt you to install it. Follow the on-screen instructions and allow the update to finish before closing the app, turning off your CARTA 3, or moving your phone away from the device. If your firmware is already current, you can continue to the next step.

   Connect the CARTA 3 to Wi-Fi

   After pairing or updating, you may be prompted to connect the CARTA 3 to a Wi-Fi network. Wi-Fi setup is not required for basic Bluetooth control, but we strongly recommend completing it for the best connected experience. Wi-Fi allows the device to more easily process updates, XP, activity logs, rewards, and other online features. Select your network, enter the password, and allow the connection process to finish.

   Allow Your Data to Process

   After setup, the app may take a moment to process your device information, session logs, and XP. Once processing is complete, you will be taken to the app’s home screen.

What You Can Do in the V Browser

After connecting your CARTA 3, you can use the V Browser to access additional controls and personalization features, including:

• Adjusting temperature and session duration
• Creating custom session presets
• Creating custom LED colors and animations
• Uploading screensaver images and GIFs
• Connecting to Wifi
• Monitoring battery level and device status
• Installing firmware updates
• Reviewing session activity
• Viewing the Dab Leaderboard
• Earning and redeeming rewards

The existing V Browser guidance confirms that connected users can customize device settings, including temperature and LED presets, and monitor device information through the app.

If Your CARTA 3 Does Not Appear

Make sure:

• The CARTA 3 is powered on.
• Bluetooth and Location Services are enabled.
• Your phone is close to the CARTA 3.
• The CARTA 3 is not actively connected to another phone.
• You entered focusv.app correctly.
• The V Browser has permission to use Bluetooth and Location Services.

Close and reopen the V Browser, then repeat the pairing process if necessary.
