How do I register my CARTA 3 for warranty?

Simply visit portal.focusv.com and register each eligible component individually. The base, INTELLI-CORE 3 atomizer, and SABER each have their own serial number and warranty, so each item must be registered separately.

What is the warranty on the CARTA 3?

The CARTA 3 base includes a 2-year limited warranty. The INTELLI-CORE 3 atomizer and SABER are each covered by a 6-month warranty, while the glass top is covered for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Can I use flower with the CARTA 3?

No. The CARTA 3 is designed exclusively for concentrates and is only compatible with the new INTELLI-CORE 3 atomizer.

Can I use my CARTA 2, AERIS, or SPORT atomizer with the CARTA 3?

No. The CARTA 3 requires the new INTELLI-CORE 3 atomizer and is not compatible with previous-generation atomizers.

Can I use my CARTA 2 or SPORT glass top with the CARTA 3?

Yes! If your glass top is compatible with the CARTA 2 or SPORT using CONNECT, it will also work with the CARTA 3.

Does the CARTA 3 come with a Bubble Cap or the SWIVEL?

The CARTA 3 comes standard with the SWIVEL, making it the first CARTA device to include it right out of the box.

Is the CARTA 3 compatible with the Focus V App?

Yes! Through the app you can customize temperatures, session lengths, screensavers, GIFs, lighting preferences, and much more.

Does the CARTA 3 support wireless charging?

Yes! The CARTA 3 is compatible with Qi-certified wireless chargers, making charging quick and convenient.

How many dabs can I expect on a single charge?

Battery life depends on your temperature settings, session length, and usage habits, but most users can expect around 40–50 dabs per charge. Lower temperatures and shorter sessions can increase that to around 60 dabs or more. You can also maximize battery life by enjoying multiple sessions back-to-back rather than letting the device cool completely between uses. Similar to a car, it takes more energy to get moving than it does to keep going.

Can I use different types of concentrates with the CARTA 3?

Absolutely! The CARTA 3 is designed to handle virtually all concentrate consistencies, from sauces and rosins to waxes, badder, diamonds, and more.

How often should I clean my CARTA 3?

For the best performance and flavor, we recommend giving your device a thorough cleaning approximately every 50 sessions. Regular swabbing of the atomizer after each session is also highly recommended.

How much water should I put in the CARTA 3 glass top?

Fill the glass to just above the Focus V logo. This provides excellent filtration while helping prevent water from entering the atomizer.

Can the screen play videos?

No. While the display doesn't support video playback, you can upload custom images and GIFs to personalize your device.

Can the CARTA 3 play music?

Not quite! While it can't play music, it does include a variety of built-in sound effects for powering on and off, session notifications, dab badges, and other device functions.

Can I use the CARTA 3 as a Wi-Fi hotspot?

No. The Wi-Fi functionality is dedicated to software updates and device-related features only.

Will more CARTA 3 colors be released in the future?

While we can't announce or guarantee future color releases, Focus V has a long history of introducing new colorways throughout a product's lifecycle. Stay tuned!
