Focus V Product Registration

Registering your Focus V product is the first step to warranty coverage. Registration links your device's serial number to your purchase date and contact info, which is required before submitting any warranty claim.

How to register

    Locate your serial number

    The serial number is printed on the bottom of your device. On CARTA 2 and AERIS, it's also visible in the V Browser app under Device Info.

    Gather your proof of purchase

    You'll need a photo or screenshot of your receipt, order confirmation email, or invoice. This establishes your purchase date — the warranty starts from purchase, not registration.

    Go to the registration page

    Visit portal.focusv.com or go directly to focusv.com/apps/product-registration.

    Complete the form

    Select your device, enter the serial number, purchase date, and upload your proof of purchase. Fill in your contact information.

    Submit

    You'll receive a confirmation email when registration is complete.

Important notes

  • Warranty coverage starts from the purchase date, not the registration date — register as soon as you receive your device
  • Only the original purchaser can register the device
  • If you bought from an unauthorized reseller, the warranty may not apply — see the Limited Warranty article for details
  • Registration is required before submitting a warranty or RMA claim
