CARTA OG — User Manual

The CARTA OG is Focus V's first-generation smart rig. It is a discontinued device that is still fully supported. This manual covers operation, atomizer swapping, temperature control, and maintenance.

In the box

• CARTA OG base
• Everlast atomizer
• Glass top with silicone grommet
• Carb cap
• USB-C cable

Controls

• 5x click — Power on/off
• 1x press — Activate preset / cycle presets
• 2x click — Start session
• 4x click — Check battery level
• Hold V button (5 sec, powered on) — Toggle stealth mode (LEDs off)

Heat presets

• Preset 1: 550°F
• Preset 2: 660°F
• Preset 3: 770°F

Custom temperatures below Preset 1 require the V Browser app (www.focusv.app).

Atomizer modes

The CARTA OG supports both concentrate (Everlast or Intelli-Core atomizer) and dry herb atomizers. Swap by removing the installed atomizer counterclockwise and threading in the replacement. The device auto-detects the attached atomizer type.

Charging

• Use the included USB-C cable with a 5V 1–2A adapter (standard Apple or Samsung charging block)
• Do not leave charging for more than 2 hours
• All LEDs illuminating solid green indicates a full charge

Maintenance

• Clean the atomizer every 25–50 sessions in 90% isopropyl
• Clean the base port and glass with isopropyl wipes
• Never submerge the base in liquid
• Store with the glass top on to protect the atomizer port

Warranty

CARTA OG purchased before 11/11/2019 is covered by a 3-year warranty. Purchased on or after 11/11/2019 is covered by 1 year. Register your product at focusv.com/apps/product-registration. Submit warranty claims at portal.focusv.com.
